Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery is £4.95 for all UK Orders. 

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2 weeks after the order is made, however we will always try to improve lead times where possible.

If you need the item sooner, please send an email to info@jwjinteriors.co.uk and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

If the dispatch of your item is delayed for any reason, will contact you to give you an update.

If you wish to collect from our Studio on Pangbourne High Street RG8, to avoid the shipping charge, you can do so. Please contact us to arrange collection info@jwjinteriors.co.uk

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.
We currently use Royal Mail to ship all our UK orders. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of three times. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not advise them of an alternative delivery option as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for your item(s) but cannot refund the delivery cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We only deliver within the UK.

UK RETURNS

It is the customers responsibility to return the goods within 10 days of receiving them in perfect condition and in the original packaging at their own cost. We are unable to offer free returns, therefore your delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. We will process the refund within 5 working days. Please allow 3 days thereafter for the refund to show, dependent on your bank.

We reserve the right to reject items returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Please make sure to package the box properly, as well as leave your name, order number and reason for return in the parcel.

We recommend you take out additional postal insurance with your chosen postage provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked on dispatch. Should your item arrive faulty, please notify us within 24 hours at info@jwjinteriors.co.uk and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. If your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods within 10 days of receiving them in the original packaging at their own cost. If the item is no longer in stock, then a credit note will be issued which is valid for 12 months. Please note that some of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products.
